论AEAS数的方法就是：从现有的文章当中，逐步扩充，学会在紧扣话题和要点的基础上增加一些合理的“细节句型”。
1.扩展简单句
简单句虽然能够传达意思，但是却无法填充字数，所以大家要学会在简单句型上添加合乎逻辑的成分，使得表达变得更加清晰。例如：We should keep on doing exercise，扩展后：To keep up good spirits，we are advised to do regular workout， building up our bodies.
2.增加主题句
根据全文的结构框架，当主题不够明确或有模糊含义的时候，可以适当的增加一些与主题相关的句子。或者还可以根据题目要求，恰如其分的衍生出一些切主题的句子，起到协调文章架构，避免文章单调的作用,还能够让****增加对你文章的好感。
3.添加过渡句
在写作的过程中，恰当的使用一些上下文的衔接句，可以使文章的结构变得更严谨和流畅。一些在使用单个连接词的部分，可以用过渡句或者短语去代替，例如as far as I know，in addition，in a word等。
